Christmas Open House 2016

Part Probing on CNC Lathes classes –  “Knox”ing it out of the park.

class-day-1-collage Knox Machinery teamed up with Mike Clodfelter of Clodfelter Engineering to bring a high tech CNC Lathe Part Probing class to life.  We packed the house
for this advanced class.  Using advanced Renishaw  technology, along with the bigscreen and a few internally machine mounted Go-Pro’s attendees were able to see what was actually happening inside the demonstration machines on the big screen, while Mike taught.  This really added a punch to the class, which  was very  interactive and generated  a lot of  great discussion and sharing following the conclusion.  There was a round of giveaways for both days – congrats to the lucky $100 gift card winners!

Bullwinkles catered an amazing lunch each day, with a whole mess of  pulled pork, brisket, salad,
green beans, red potatoes and coleslaw, while Greg showed off his prize possession – the new “Knoxious Liquids” Kegerator which will be a permanent feature in the showroom moving forward…and can hold 3 kegs of Greg’s homebrew simultaneously!

This year, we created the “Knox Family Christmas Ornaments”.  Two colors, three designs – each personalized after class for various customer requests. Of course, Knox Christmas Open House wouldn’t be complete without the arrival of Santa and Mrs. Claus.  During their busiest time of year, it is always nice to see their jolly smiles.

Mark your calendars for the next traditional Knox blow out – our legendary Saint Patrick’s Day open house which will take place March 15th 2017

On behalf of all of the Knox elves, may we wish you and all of yours a blessed and joyous Christmas and the happiest of New Year’s
